About Us

We are CASPER'S ELECTRONICS

Company Overview

Casper’s Electronics focuses on creating high-quality, reliable wiring harnesses that are essential for power and communication systems in cars, trucks, and other vehicles, industrial control, agricultural equipment, control boxes, and more.  These harnesses integrate systems and devices to ensure the proper functioning of components like lights, sensors, and control modules, power distribution, and everything else!

Established in 1988, our core focus has always been, and will continue to be providing reliable wiring solutions for our customers.  All of our production occurs in our facility located in Loveland, the heart of Northern Colorado.

Key Functions and Services

  1. Design and Engineering: Casper’s engineering team develops custom wiring harness solutions based on specific requirements. This involves designing the layout, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.  Likewise, we are more than equipped to build to our customers’ specifications.
  2. Production: Casper’s uses advanced manufacturing techniques to assemble wiring harnesses. This includes cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering wires, as well as attaching terminals and seals. The production process is highly automated to ensure precision and efficiency.
  3. Testing and Quality Control: Rigorous testing is conducted to ensure that each wiring harness meets durability, safety, and performance standards. This includes electrical continuity tests, terminal retention tests, and electrical resistance testing. Each and every harness leaves our facility tested and serial numbered.
  4. Customization: Casper’s offers tailored solutions for various applications. We work closely with automotive OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers),, Tier 1 suppliers, aftermarket providers, and many more to provide harnesses that meet specific functional and application requirements.
  5. Supply Chain Management: We handle procurement of raw materials, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of wiring harnesses. With stock of over 5,500 different connectors, we strive to ensure we meet strict schedules and deadlines.
  6. Compliance and Certification: The company ensures that its products comply with industry standards such as ISO 9001:2015 (for quality management) and other relevant regulations, including RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certifications.
